Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping costs are based on multiple factors including the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Therefore, a total invoice amount (including actual shipping and sales tax) is not available until after the order is processed. A final invoice will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm AZ time Monday through Friday will be processed immediately. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day. Depending on the selected carrier, shipping within the Continental United States usually takes 3 business days.
While we make every attempt to notify customers of unusual processing delays, we suggest that you confirm your order if it is not received within 4 days of purchase. If you would like to confirm your order, please contact us at email@example.com or 602-393-3131.
All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
If there is an error on our part related to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace or refund the applicable parts of the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except if you were sent an incorrect or damaged product.
